Tensorgrip L14 is a spray contact adhesive designed for bonding various materials in the furniture industry, including wood panels, metals and some hard plastic sheets. Due to its adhesive and PSA properties, it is also suitable for use on foams, fabrics, textiles and many other porous and non-porous substrates.
• High solids content.
• Easy to use.
• Easy application control.
• Good thermal resistance.
• HPL laminates
• Board thickening

Handling and storage
• Read the Material Safety Data Sheet before use.
• Do not store above 50°C.
• Avoid exposure to sunlight.
• For maximum performance, use the adhesive at 18°C, but always above 10°C.
• Do not store directly on concrete floors.
• Acclimate substrates to normal room temperature of 18°C for 48 hours before bonding.
• Do not exceed the open time of the adhesive.
• It is recommended to test the product to determine its suitability for a specific application before using it in production.
Instructions for use
• This product is designed to be sprayed onto two surfaces to bond them together. For best results, the temperature of the adhesive and the materials to be bonded should be between 16°C and 27°C.
• Use in well-ventilated areas. We recommend shaking the container well before use.
• Before use, test compatibility by spraying a small sample of the adhesive onto the surface. This product may degrade some substrates.
2. Spray from a distance of 10–20 cm at a 90° angle to the substrate until a uniform and even layer of adhesive is achieved, covering 80 to 100% of the bonded surfaces. If necessary, spray another layer of adhesive where there is insufficient coverage.
3. Coat both surfaces to be bonded with adhesive. One vertically, the other horizontally.
4. Wait 1–3 minutes for the solvent to evaporate. The time may vary depending on the thickness of the adhesive layer and external conditions, such as temperature and humidity.
5. Place the components together and press them together. The greater the force used, the greater the bond strength. Therefore, we recommend using a roller to achieve even and firm pressure. Final bond strength is achieved after 24 hours.
