Hylomar H Liquid Gasket 300Ml Engineering Grade

Hylomar H is an innovative, non-drying liquid seal based on polyester-urethane, created for professional and complex sealing applications. It offers resistance to a wide range of chemicals and is capable of maintaining its properties over a wide temperature range.

Hylomar H is available in the same original tubes as Hylomar M, but each tube is marked with an "H" sticker at the factory due to the lower demand for the H variant.

• Resistant to various substances, including fuels, oils, brines, glycol, methanol, petrochemical products.

• Thermal stability

• Does not react chemically with metals or plastics.

• Characterized by low electrical and thermal conductivity.

• The product remains in a liquid-plastic state, not flowing even from vertical surfaces.

• Effective sealing even under conditions of strong vibrations.

• as a sealant for flaps, covers, housings tightened at a later time

• in the automotive industry for sealing the engine, oil pan, gearbox and transmission

• sealant for water pumps and valves, gas turbines, electric machines

• can be used instead of paper gaskets or cooperate with them, ensuring excellent sealing

• Before application, surfaces must be clean, dry and degreased

• Apply a thin layer of sealant on both surfaces, wait a few minutes, then assemble and screw the elements together. If necessary, retighten after a few minutes.

• After disassembling the components, the seal can be removed with a cloth soaked in acetone.
