This compact tool with a built-in 12-volt lithium-ion battery can jumpstart a dead battery in moments. Its small size (only 196 cm long and 1.11 kg) makes it surprisingly handy.

High peak charging power - 1000 A - allows for up to 20 starts on a single charge. The GB40 works with vehicles with petrol engines up to 6 litres and diesel engines up to 3 litres.

SAFE OPERATION

The NOCO GB40 Boost 12V 1000A Jump Starter features lithium high-discharge technology to ensure safe operation in any climate. Connect the device to any 12-volt car battery without worry - special safeguards will protect it against sparks and reverse polarity.

The rubberized, contoured housing protects the device from scratches and surface damage, thus increasing the lifespan of the device.

The durable and sealed housing is resistant to water and dust in accordance with the IP65 rating, so you can use the GB40 in almost any weather conditions, at temperatures ranging from -20 to 50°C.

POWERBANK FUNCTION

The NOCO GB40 BOOST 12V 1000A Jump Starter, unlike many similar devices, impresses with its simplicity of operation—in fact, you can call it a power bank for special tasks and use it as such.

The device's lithium-ion battery is charged using a micro USB cable (included) by connecting it to an external charger or a suitable USB port, e.g., on a computer. Charging takes about 3 hours, and charging status is indicated by LEDs on the front of the device.

The GB40 Boost can also power external devices such as a smartphone, wireless headphones, GPS navigation, or Bluetooth speaker thanks to a single USB output. As you can see, this will not only allow us to start our car, but also get our handy gadgets up and running, which is more than a traditional power bank has to offer.

The battery itself impresses with its low self-discharge rate of only 30% per year, so if you haven't charged it in months, you don't have to worry about not being able to use it when needed.
