Usage Instructions Raise the core to about half to the tip of the protective pipe, ensuring the core tip does not extend beyond the protective pipe. Draw one hair at a time where you want to enhance the eyebrow flow. Position the tip of the protective pipe vertically against the skin for smooth application. Safety Warnings - If the core tip extends beyond the protective pipe, it may break.
