HOUSE OF DOHWA Rice Bran Toner is a lightweight moisturizing toner designed to hydrate, soothe and support a brighter, smoother-looking complexion. The formula contains Rice Extract and Rice Bran Extract to provide nourishing moisture and help soften dry or rough-looking skin. Niacinamide supports brighter and more even-looking skin, while Betaine and Glycerin help maintain hydration and skin comfort. Allantoin provides additional soothing care, and Adenosine supports smoother and healthier-looking skin. Willow Bark Extract and Chrysanthemum Flower Extract provide additional botanical skin-conditioning benefits. The toner has a lightweight, watery texture that absorbs quickly without leaving a heavy or sticky finish. It can be applied with the hands or a cotton pad and may also be used as a toner mask by soaking cotton pads and placing them on areas that need extra hydration. Made in Republic of Korea, this 200ml toner is suitable for all skin types and especially recommended for dry, sensitive and dull-looking skin.
