TOUN28 Purple Toning Conditioner Bar is a solid hair treatment designed for bleached, blonde, gray and color-treated hair that needs conditioning, protein care and tone maintenance. The formula contains Biotin, Hydrolyzed Keratin, Hydrolyzed Silk, Hydrolyzed Rice Protein, Hydrolyzed Milk Protein, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein and Hydrolyzed Pea Protein to provide intensive protein-based conditioning care for dry and damaged-looking hair.
