JIOS OMI Classic Made in Tochigi NATO Sapphire Gold x Black [JIOS] Watch, Japan, Men's & Women's, Leather, Strap, Glass,

This Made in Japan (Shiga) wristwatch is assembled one by one in our own workshop in Ishiyama. It's a timepiece crafted with meticulous attention to detail, featuring sapphire glass and a Tochigi leather NATO strap. Introducing the 3rd model from JIOS, the "OMI." This is a classic style quartz watch with a small seconds subdial. This is also the first model to be made in Ishiyama (Made in Shiga), assembled in our own workshop, and delivered to you as a watch. The small 35mm case size is a size often seen in classic watches, and the design blends modern and classic elements. With a wide range of color combinations, it is a model that is easy for both men and women to wear. We have been extremely particular about the materials , and the strap is a NATO strap made from Tochigi leather, which was made from scratch. Furthermore, it has a Japanese quartz movement (Seiko EPSON VL58) and sapphire crystal glass (AR coating), making it a specification that is surprisingly high quality for the price. Tochigi leather is said to be the highest quality leather made with meticulous care by Tochigi leather craftsmen who have achieved a soft yet durable vegetable-tanned leather through trial and error. Vegetable-tanned leather becomes softer and more comfortable the more you use it. The deep, rich flavor that develops through aging (i.e., changes over time) is a unique charm of this process. The true charm of the leather we create lies in how it molds to the owner's shape the more you use it. Why not enjoy this change in texture? With each use, it evolves into a one-of-a-kind item that is uniquely yours.
