Exchange and Return Information

Exchange or return requests can be made within 20 days of receiving the product.

Product defects and incorrect deliveries must be reported within 30 days of receipt.

Shipping costs for exchanges or returns due to change of mind are paid by the customer.

Round-trip exchange shipping costs KRW 6,000, or KRW 12,000 for remote areas and Jeju Island.

The return fee for free-shipping products is KRW 6,000, and the return fee for products with prepaid shipping is KRW 3,000. Additional charges may apply to remote areas and Jeju Island.
