How to Use

After using oil or sunscreen, wash thoroughly so no residue remains on the fabric.

Do not leave the garment unattended for a long time after wearing. Do not store or wash wet garments with other clothing, as this may cause color transfer. Using a dryer may damage or deform the garment. Wringing wet garments may damage the fabric and cause pilling. Applying high heat such as from an iron, or wearing the garment in high-temperature environments such as saunas or spas, may damage or discolor the fabric. Damage caused by consumer negligence is not covered.
Order Changes and Cancellations
The first order cutoff is 9:00 AM. Order changes and cancellations are not available after 9:00 AM.
The second order cutoff is 1:00 PM. Order changes and cancellations are not available after 1:00 PM.
For out-of-stock items, the order may be canceled after notification by text message for prompt processing.
Exchanges and Returns
Please request a return through the exchange/return bulletin board or customer service center. Shipping fees for exchanges or returns due to a change of mind are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchange and return requests can be made within 20 days of receiving the product. Defective or incorrectly shipped products can be reported within 30 days of receipt. If more than 7 days have passed since receipt, contact customer service or the bulletin board. Requests are accepted only when the attached product tag has not been removed. Products with unauthorized alterations, signs of wear, or washing will be returned, and the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
Exchange and Return Packaging
Use the box in which the product was received or another box for double packaging to prevent damage to the genuine brand box or genuine plastic packaging.
The genuine brand box and components are part of the product.
Do not attach the shipping label directly to the genuine brand box or genuine plastic packaging.
Exchanges and returns are not accepted if the box is damaged by tape applied directly by the customer.
Exchanges and returns are not accepted if only the product is returned without the genuine brand box and components.
Exchanges and returns are not accepted for products with signs of use, washing, or intentional damage.
The box, packaging materials, and tag are also part of the product.
For exchanges and returns, use a shipping bag or box and double-pack it with the same contents as originally received.
A KRW 2,500 additional fee for damage to the brand box is the customer’s responsibility.
After-Sales Service Policy
The product warranty period is six months from the date of purchase.
Contact customer service first to confirm whether repair is possible before requesting after-sales service.
Damage caused by consumer negligence, deformation caused by improper washing, or products beyond the warranty period are not covered.
Repairs, when possible, are provided at the customer’s expense.
Before the physical product is received, the possibility of service and repair cost may be advised based on submitted photos.
Additional inspection may be required depending on the product’s aging condition or repair area, and the response may take some time.
If repair is possible, include a note with the order number, purchaser’s name, contact information, address, and requested repair details with the product.
Repair begins after collection by the company and receipt at headquarters.
Repair may take approximately 2–3 weeks, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Repair begins after payment of the repair and collection fees is confirmed.
