Exchanges and returns are accepted only when the attached product tag has not been removed.
Products with unauthorized alterations, signs of wear, or washing will be returned, and return shipping will be charged to the customer.

Exchanges or returns are not available if a shipping label is attached directly to the brand box or original plastic packaging, if the box is damaged by personally attached tape, if the product is returned without its brand box or components, if it has been used or washed, or if it has been intentionally damaged.
