Washing Instructions

To prevent color transfer, wash separately in cold water before wearing.

Do not leave the garment unattended for a long time after wearing.

Do not store or wash wet garments with other clothing.

Wash wet garments immediately after exercise.

Air-dry naturally in the shade after washing.

Do not twist or wring wet garments.

Do not use detergents containing bleaching agents.

Do not use a dryer.

Oils or sunscreen may cause fabric discoloration or garment deformation. Wash thoroughly after use to prevent residue from remaining.

Do not iron or wear in high-temperature environments.

Applying high heat with an iron or wearing the garment in high-temperature environments such as saunas or spas may damage or discolor the fabric.

Damage caused by consumer negligence is not covered. Please follow the care and precaution instructions.

Shipping Information

Order cutoff times are 9:00 a.m. for the first dispatch and 1:00 p.m. for the second dispatch.

Orders cannot be changed or canceled after each cutoff time.

An additional shipping charge of KRW 3,000 applies to remote areas and Jeju Island.

Out-of-stock items may be canceled after notification by text message for prompt processing.

Exchange and Return Information

Exchanges and returns may be requested within 20 days of receiving the product.

Defective or incorrectly shipped products may be reported within 30 days of receipt.

Shipping costs for exchanges and returns due to change of mind are the customer's responsibility.

The exchange shipping fee is KRW 6,000 round trip, or KRW 12,000 for remote areas and Jeju Island.

Return shipping fees are KRW 6,000 for initially free-shipping products, KRW 12,000 for remote areas and Jeju Island, KRW 3,000 for products with shipping prepaid, and KRW 6,000 for remote areas and Jeju Island.

Exchanges and returns are not available if the attached tag has been removed, the product has been altered, worn, or washed.

Exchanges and returns may be restricted if the box, packaging, tags, or other components are damaged or missing.

Please use a shipping bag or box and double-pack the product in the same condition as received.

An additional fee of KRW 2,500 may apply if the brand box is damaged.

If any item is missing after receipt, email photos showing the missing item to. Contact customer service after sending the photos for prompt assistance.

Do not attach the shipping label directly to the brand box or original plastic packaging.

Exchanges and returns may be refused if the box is damaged by tape applied directly by the customer.

Exchanges and returns are not available if the product is returned without the brand box and components.

Use the received box or another box for double packaging.

The quality warranty period is six months from the date of purchase.

Before requesting AS service, contact customer service to confirm whether repair is possible.

Products damaged through consumer negligence, deformed due to improper washing, or beyond the warranty period are excluded from compensation.

If repair is possible, a paid repair may be required.

AS availability and repair costs may be 안내 based on photos before the physical product is received.

Additional inspection may be required depending on the product's deterioration and the repair area.

When requesting repair, include the order number, purchaser's name, contact information, address, and requested repair details with the product.

Repair may take approximately 2–3 weeks after collection by the company, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Repair will begin after confirmation of payment for repair and collection fees.
