How to Use
Check the desired size and color option before wearing.
To prevent color transfer, wash separately in cold water before wearing.
After washing, air-dry naturally in the shade.
Precautions
Do not use detergent containing bleaching agents.
Do not leave the garment unattended for a long time after wearing.
Do not store or wash wet garments with other clothes. Wash them separately immediately.
Leaving garments wet with sweat or water after exercise may cause fabric damage.
Do not use a dryer, as it may cause garment damage or deformation.
Do not wring wet garments or wash them excessively, as this may damage the fabric or cause the coating to peel.
After using oil or sunscreen, wash the garment thoroughly so no residue remains. Residue may cause fabric discoloration or garment deformation.
Do not iron or wear in high-temperature environments. Do not expose the garment to high heat from an iron or wear it in saunas, spas or other high-temperature environments.
Damage caused by consumer negligence is not covered. Please follow all care and precaution instructions.
Free shipping is available even when purchasing one item. Orders placed before 1 p.m. are shipped the same day, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery is handled by CJ Korea Express. An additional shipping fee of KRW 3,000 applies to remote, mountainous and Jeju areas.
The first order cutoff time is 9 a.m. Order changes and cancellations are unavailable after 9 a.m.
The second order cutoff time is 1 p.m. Order changes and cancellations are unavailable after 1 p.m.
Out-of-stock orders may be canceled after notification by text message.
Request exchanges or returns through the exchange/return bulletin board or customer center.
Shipping costs for exchanges or returns due to change of mind are the customer's responsibility.
The round-trip shipping fee for an exchange is KRW 6,000, or KRW 12,000 for remote, mountainous and Jeju areas.
For returns of initially free-shipping products, the round-trip shipping fee is KRW 6,000, or KRW 12,000 for remote, mountainous and Jeju areas.
For products with prepaid shipping, the return shipping fee is KRW 3,000, or KRW 6,000 for remote, mountainous and Jeju areas.

Additional shipping costs incurred when using another carrier are the customer's responsibility.
Exchange and return requests can be made within 20 days of receiving the product.
Defective or incorrectly shipped products can be reported within 30 days of receipt.
If more than 7 days have passed since receipt, contact the customer center or bulletin board.
Exchanges and returns are accepted only when the attached product tag has not been removed.
If the product has been altered, shows signs of wear or has been washed, it will be returned and the return shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
Do not attach the shipping label directly to the genuine brand box or genuine plastic packaging.
Use the original shipping box or another box for double packaging.
The genuine brand box and accessories are part of the product. Exchanges and returns are unavailable if the product is returned without its accessories.
If the brand box is damaged, an additional fee of KRW 2,500 is charged to the customer.
Exchanges and returns are unavailable if the product shows signs of use, washing or intentional damage.
The product warranty period is six months from the purchase date.
Before requesting after-sales service, contact the customer center to check whether repair is available.
Damage caused by consumer negligence, deformation caused by improper washing or products past the warranty period are not eligible for compensation.
Available repairs are provided at a charge.
Before the product is received, repair availability and cost may be 안내 through photos.
Repairs begin after collection by the company and receipt at headquarters, and may take approximately 2–3 weeks excluding weekends and public holidays.
Repair begins after payment of the repair and collection fees is confirmed.
When sending a product for after-sales service, write the order number, purchaser's name, contact information, address and requested repair details on a note and include it with the product.
For missing items, send photos to the company email and contact customer service. Processing may be unavailable if photos are not sent or the company cannot verify the request.
