To prevent color transfer, wash separately in cold water before wearing.

Hand-wash or machine-wash in water at 30℃ or below.

Use a neutral detergent and do not use fabric softener or bleach.

Do not use detergents containing bleaching agents.

After washing, do not wring; spread out and dry in the shade.

Do not use a dryer or iron at high temperatures.

Do not leave the garment dirty or wet for a long time after exercise; wash it immediately.

Do not store or wash wet clothing together with other garments.

Oils and sunscreen may cause discoloration or deformation of the fabric.

Wearing the garment in high-temperature environments such as saunas or spas may damage or discolor the fabric.

Damage caused by consumer negligence is not subject to compensation.

Cases Where Exchanges and Returns Are Not Accepted

The attached product tag has been removed.

There are signs of use or the product has been washed.

The product has been repaired without authorization.

The product or components are damaged or missing.

The product was intentionally damaged.

The brand box or packaging was damaged by attaching a shipping label or tape directly to it.

The product, packaging, and tags are part of the product. For an exchange or return, please use double packaging in the same condition as when received. An additional fee of KRW 2,500 may apply if the brand box is damaged.

After-Sales Service

Quality warranty period: 6 months from the purchase date

Before requesting after-sales service, contact customer service to confirm whether repair is possible.

Damage caused by consumer negligence, improper washing, or expiration of the warranty period may require paid repair.

Repair may take approximately 2–3 weeks, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Repair will begin after payment of the repair and collection fees is confirmed.
