Q: How do I wash and disinfect the mask? A: Hand wash at 30 degrees. Disinfect the outside with an alcohol-based agent (min. 65%). Dry. Iron, avoiding the valve and elastic bands.
Q: The breathing valve isn't working, or is it a fake? A: The breathing valve is only intended to aid breathing. We breathe with the entire surface of the mask.
Q: Do these masks fog up our glasses? A: It fogs up significantly less if it's properly tightened and the nose plate covers the nose well.
