Smoking chips are perfect for smoking in all types of smokehouses. The versatility of our wood chips makes them suitable for all types of smokers and smoke generators (just choose the appropriate fraction).

Wood chips are used as a substitute for wood for smoking. In the case of traditional wood-fired smokers, you must first obtain a large amount of embers from the wood. The chips are sprinkled onto the embers in small portions until the desired effect is achieved.

To generate more smoke, the chips can be moistened.
