Special compression sleeves enabling clamping of the fitting on the pipe, made of stainless steel, guarantee a durable connection, the system is intended for hot and cold water installations, central heating and underfloor heating.

RADOPRESS hot and cold water systems

The RADOPRESS installation system for heating installations and hot and cold domestic water consists of multilayer pipes made of cross-linked polyethylene PE-X with an aluminum (Al) anti-diffusion layer and pressed and screwed connecting fittings.

PE-X/AL/PE-X multilayer pipes are manufactured using the extrusion method, with a rolled aluminum (Al) tape inserted inside the pipe. The aluminum layer is coated on both sides with a binder and layers of PE-X polyethylene.

The use of the aluminum layer reduces the thermal elongation of the pipes by more than six times compared to standard PE-X, PE-RT, and pipes with a polyvinyl alcohol (EVOH) diffusion barrier, which is especially important in radiator heating systems, where significant temperature deformations can occur.
