PE REDUCING ELECTROFUSION COUPLINGS 60X50MM PE100 SDR11 EF
⭐️ REDUCING PE ELECTROFUSION COUPLINGS UNIDELTA – 60x50MM
It is used to connect polyethylene pipes for gas transmission to pressure 10 bar or drinking water and liquids up to a nominal pressure of 16 bar.
They are compatible with PE80 and PE100 pipes. Due to the quality of the raw material used, Unidelta fittings are resistant to a large number of chemical agents and UV radiation. ____________________________
▶ APPLICATION:
Unidelta electrofusion fittings can be used with high-density polyethylene pipes PE80 or PE100 with the following characteristics:
• SDR≤ for all diameters
• SDR=17 for diameters >32mm
• SDR=26 for diameters >125mm
⭐️ MAIN FEATURES
• Welding voltage 40V
• Electrical connections Ø 4.0mm
• Barcode for reading with an optical reader
• Nominal diameter
• Welding time and cooling time
The metal coil is securely positioned close to the inner surface of the fitting to optimize heat transfer between the pipe and the fitting and reduce welding time.
Polyethylene pipes and fittings can be welded using the electrofusion or butt welding method. In both cases, the welding operation must follow a set procedure, taking into account certain basic concepts regarding the compatibility of different materials.
Since PE80 and PE100 are fully compatible, pipes made of different materials can be butt-welded, provided they have the same standard dimension factor (SDR) and therefore the same wall thickness.
