The Feelworld TP10 is a portable, foldable teleprompter designed for displaying text from a phone or tablet and capturing images with a camera or second smartphone. The device is easy to assemble and use – it's suitable for both home and professional recording studios.
The diagonal of the glass surface on which the text is displayed is a whopping 21 cm, allowing you to use the prompter even from a distance. The surface works like a one-way mirror. The text is visible only from one side and is not captured by the camera.
The speaker maintains constant eye contact with the audience, speaks fluently, and doesn't need to look at their notes.
The set consists of a reflecting panel mounted in a tilting frame, a removable hood, an adjustable holder for smartphones and tablets ranging from 6.5 to 16.5 cm wide, a set of camera lens adapters, a second phone holder (as an alternative recording device), two smartphone camera covers, a Bluetooth remote control, and a stiffened carrying case with a handle.
The included clamp mount is designed for smartphones and tablets ranging from 6.5 to 16.5 cm wide. A spring lock and non-slip pads ensure safety and stability. The prompter's low weight means it can be easily placed directly on the camera or camcorder lens.
One of eight threaded adapters can be used for this type of mounting: 49, 52, 55, 58, 62, 67, 72, or 77 mm. The selected adapter should be screwed onto the lens using the same principle as a photographic filter, and then the prompter frame should be placed on it.
NOTE! To avoid vignetting when recording horizontally, use lenses with a minimum focal length of 24 mm. When recording vertically, the minimum focal length is 35 mm.
The TP10 model also includes a second smartphone holder that can be used as a recording device. The holder has a profiled mount that should be inserted into one of the two holes on the back of the prompter housing.
Depending on the mounting method, the smartphone can record vertically or horizontally. The manufacturer also includes two adapters with cutouts suitable for smartphones with different lens arrangements.
When using a smartphone as a recording device, an additional tripod is required – three 1/4" threaded holes allow for mounting the prompter on a tripod.
The displayed text can be controlled using the included Bluetooth remote control and a dedicated app ("Feelworld") for Android or iOS devices. You can use it to change the text speed, pause and resume the presentation, zoom in and out, and switch the image horizontally or vertically.
The remote control is powered by two AAA batteries (not included).
