Ensure accuracy and safety at work with the TimeLok-300NWEBPI time recorder and HD-RWC01 cards.
The TimeLok-300N is a device used to collect and store data on employee working hours. The recorder can be used by companies to monitor working hours and detect overtime. It's perfect for any business, regardless of the number of employees.
The HD-RWC01 RFID card is a passive RFID device designed to identify goods and people. It has a unique 10-digit code that allows for data assignment in the system. The card cannot be re-encoded with a different code.
Easy to use
The TimeLok-300N time recorder is a functional and intuitive device. The equipment does not require an internet connection, allowing for offline operation. There's no need to install new connections or programs.
The recorder has built-in software, ensuring immediate operation. Work time recording is performed through triple verification using a fingerprint, RFID card, and PIN. A large display and convenient buttons make work easier and more enjoyable.
Convenient data collection
The time recorder allows you to record data without installing additional software. All time recording information is saved in the internal memory. Data can be downloaded from the device or via a USB flash drive or external drive.
It is possible to generate a report for all logins, once for a selected employee and period. To run the report, the time recorder does not require any external software, and the device automatically creates a document (a text file) containing the selected data.
In addition to the basic functions, the TimeLok-300NWEPBI time recorder also offers: WiFi, WEB, and P2P, a computer network communication model in which all network nodes are peers and can directly communicate and exchange data with each other.
The WiFi module is only used to synchronize data between devices and cannot be used to transfer data to a computer to generate reports.
In addition to the functions mentioned above, the device is also equipped with an additional battery that allows for up to 4 hours of unpowered operation, and a Wiegand IC, an integrated circuit used for communication between devices such as readers and buttons, and access control systems.
This means that the time and attendance recorder can also be used as an access control device, for example, for rooms in a workplace.
