And do you know why we chose freeze-dried honey? It's simple – we can easily create the perfect proportions, and freeze-drying involves evaporating water from frozen fruit, preserving its precious natural properties!

We didn't add anything else because we love what nature gives us, and this time we wanted to bring out the intensely tart flavor of lemon! Jars full of honey from our apiary contain no other additives or enhancers.
