How to administer Colostrum for children from Miodziś?

Our Colostrum with royal jelly, zinc and banana should be dissolved in a glass of lukewarm water and consumed once a day, immediately after preparation, preferably with a meal. You can also add a portion of Colostrum to your favorite yogurt.
