HYSOFIX 706 Cyanoacrylate Adhesive - 20g

This is a new generation triple distilled adhesive. Adhesive based on

• modified methylcyanoacrylate intended for bonding a wide range of materials: metal , wood, porcelain , glass, ceramics , rubber, PVC (gluing tarpaulins, banners) and other materials and combinations of these materials. The

• adhesive is particularly suitable for joining small parts. The adhesive demonstrates

• good fatigue resistance, very high shear and tensile strength. How to use the adhesive correctly? The parts to be glued should be joined quickly,

pot life of the adhesive is very short.

• The best results are obtained at a relative air humidity of 40-60%.

• The elements to be joined must be thoroughly clean off any remnants of old glue and degrease

well, preferably with REINIGER remover. Apply

• HYSOFIX 706 glue sparingly to one of the surfaces to be glued and quickly press the parts together. In the case of gluing non-gluable plastics (polyolefins) , the plastic surface should be activated with

• ACTIVATOR C. The adhesive itself can be activated with ACTIVATOR C, which accelerates the action of the adhesive and hardens its excess. We moisten the adhesive in the joint with the activator or moisten the joint surfaces before gluing and after drying, we proceed with gluing.

• The activation process can be repeated multiple times

• by applying successive layers of adhesive. This allows you to obtain a thick bond (similar to epoxy resins) with high hardness, mechanical strength, and a very short setting time. This product is not recommended for use with pure oxygen, chlorine, or other strongly oxidizing substances.
