Note: Some motor gears are bonded with high-strength industrial adhesive and may not be removable. The gear puller works best on small and medium-sized motors. Do not force its use on motors that cannot be disassembled, as this may cause the pin to bend or the puller to deform. We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been deformed or bent due to improper use or excessive force!

How to Use the Gear Puller: 1) Select the appropriate pin based on the motor shaft diameter. Do not use a pin that is too small to pull gears from a motor with a larger shaft diameter, as this may cause the pin to break. For gears with adhesive, heat them first to melt the adhesive before pulling the gears!!

2). Select the appropriate pin for your gear puller, insert it into the gear puller’s rotating rod, and tighten the screw (Note: For pins with a platform, do not overtighten the screw).

3). Insert the gear puller’s rotating rod into the gear puller bracket.

4). Attach the gear puller’s sliding plate.

5). Snap the motor into the gear puller’s sliding plate and move it until the motor shaft aligns with the gear puller’s mandrel.

6). Rotate the gear puller’s actuator rod clockwise at a steady speed to remove the motor gear.

7) This tool can remove gears with an outer diameter of up to 11 mm and a tooth height of up to 12 mm. label:yes
