Washing Instructions
It is essential to exercise caution when washing Munsingwear clothing. Leaving stains, moisture (such as soap), or sweat can lead to discoloration or form distortion. We recommend hand washing separately and using a washing net if washing in a machine.
Caution
Some products are sold simultaneously in offline stores, so after the payment is completed, exchanges may be delayed due to stock depletion (over one week) or out of stock (return processing).
We will determine the availability status within 4 business days from the payment date and provide prompt notice to the customer.
For simple changes of mind, returns are only possible within 7 days of receipt, and if the products received differ from those in the display or advertisement or if the contract is not fulfilled, you can apply for exchange or return within 3 months from the date of receipt of the product or within 30 days from the date you became aware or could have been aware of the fact, after applying for exchange or return on the purchase site and subsequently arranging for the return shipping yourself.
