Cylinder kit Athena Sport Pro 70cc, Gilera / Piaggio LC

Previously offered by us as the Stage6 Sport Pro 70cc, the Athena Sport Pro 70cc is a high-quality aluminum cylinder at a price comparable to cast iron cylinders. The Sport Pro 70cc is a very powerful mid-race cylinder—between the regular Sport and Racing 70cc.

Specially designed ports and excellent timing combine to produce incredible torque. The excellent heat dissipation of aluminum cylinders is familiar to everyone. The Athena Sport Pro 70cc kit comes complete with a head, piston, ring, pin, pin retainers, gaskets (including several cylinder gaskets for proper squish adjustment*), and diaphragm plates.

It offers significant potential. Achieving 10 HP with the right exhaust, for example Yasuni Z or Giannelli Rekord / Reverse, and a 19 / 21mm carburetor is absolutely possible.

By using the right parts and making the appropriate modifications to the Athena Sport Pro kit, you can achieve more power than stated above.

*squish - distance between the head and the piston at top dead center.

Note: for Euro4 models produced from 2018, installation is only possible in combination with the M1518132B temperature sensor adapter, which you will find in the spare parts list.
