100mm drill splitter with pulley / ZK2P-100K2 set

The ZK2P-100K2 set with pulley is designed for building a drill splitter driven by an electric or combustion engine. The set is based on a robust and durable hub with built-in 6207 bearings. The auger is attached to a 35mm diameter 35A output shaft.

The pulley is mounted on the 35mm diameter shaft and locked with a 10mm wedge. It is also secured at the rear with an Allen screw. The set includes a 100mm diameter wood auger (with a replaceable, pinned tip), ideal for building professional log splitters for home and industrial use.

This set, which includes the auger, is the best solution for more demanding customers, splitting large logs over 40cm in diameter. An attachment can be purchased for this auger to increase its diameter to 170mm.

The auger is equipped with a replaceable tip, which is secured with a solid expansion pin, so that the tip does not fall out when changing to the opposite rotation.
