Digital Instant Reading Thermometer TempPro TP605 Equipped with a 4.3" (10.9cm) long probe, TP605 can receive the internal meat temperature within 2~3 seconds after inserting the temperature probe into the meat!

Temperature range: -58°F ~ 572°F (-50°C ~ 300°C). If the temperature is below -58 °F (-50 °C) or above 572 °F (300 °C), LL. L or HH.H will appear on the display.

Temperature accuracy: ±1.8°F(±1.0°C) in range between 32°F~212°F(0~100°C).
