[Product Overview] The SmallRig Classic Universal Base Plate (with Dual 15mm Rod Clamps) is a simple and lightweight base plate compatible with popular cameras and camera cages, including Sony A6500/A6300/A6600, Sony A7SIII/A7RV/ZVE-10, Canon R5/R6, Fujifilm XT-5, and more. This base plate helps you quickly switch between tripod, shoulder, and other shooting modes. The base plate features 15mm diameter, 60mm spaced rod holes, allowing you to attach accessories such as follow focus mounts, matte boxes, and lens supports. The plate is designed to fit comfortably on the shoulder pad and is also lightweight. The bottom surface features 1/4''-20 and 3/8''-16 threads, allowing it to be attached to a quick-release plate and mounted on tripods such as the SmallRig FreeBlazer carbon fiber tripod 3989 (sold separately). The base plate comes with 1/4'' and 3/8'' screw threads, allowing you to mount it to a camera cage or directly to your camera. The top of this sturdy base plate has a rubber pad to prevent twisting and scratching. The 15mm (20cm) carbon fiber rod is lightweight and sturdy, compatible with follow focus 5163 and 4757, and wireless receiver motor 4297, meeting diverse requirements in complex shooting environments.
