GECO Printing Plate Naming Design

In 2025, JUUPINE launched a new cold plate exclusively for PLA and named it GECO. As the name suggests, it allows the printed parts to stick to the plate like a gecko. GECO is specially made with a frosted texture on the surface. When the filament contacts it, it makes full use of the subtle force between molecules - Van der Waals force, to build countless stable microscopic connections, so that the printed parts are firmly formed and tightly "adsorbed" on it like a gecko.

Note

Our "no heating" is the result of testing at room temperature of about 20℃. If your room temperature is very low, please increase the temperature to 20-40℃. If the object you print is a batch of mini object or a large object, it is recommended to add a brim or increase the temperature.

Please note that when setting the temperature of the heated bed, we recommend that you set it below 40°C, otherwise it may cause damage to the plate.

Features

[No Heat Required] Specially manufactured for PLA,no need to wait for heating up the bed .Under 0℃ printing, with less power,it can save you more energy and reduce printing costs.

Exclusive to PLA, Forbid heating, only PLA can be printed.

[Reusable,Perfect Adhesion] It has excellent adhesion without heating the platform,The model can be firmly attached to the GECO surface,Even beginners can print easily.Long term printing can still maintain 100% perfect adhesion, say goodbye to glue and spray, make every printing process smooth and effortless.

[Thicker and heavier] Our GECO is thicker and heavier than the regular PEI build plate. Thick and magnetic can make large prints do not warp, small and tall prints do not fall.

[Built-in QR Code] No need to paste any identification code,X1 series printers can automatically scan and identify the code and level the hot bed.(for P2S and H2S user, please turn off lidar before leveling)

[Easy to Remove Models] High quality spring steel is the main supporting structure, most of the time, you can easily get the model out without bending or any tools, if it's stuck, you can bend the GECO plate slightly, take the model, and then it will return to being flat

[Simple Daily Maintenance] Before printing, you can clean the build plate by wiping it with alcohol or using soapy water to remove dust, oil, and fingerprints, and then you can use it directly.

[Double-Sided Design] It can support double-sided printing, making the product fully valuable and making the best use of it.
