Product details: thin thickness, no lining, no stretch, no sheerness, and suitable for spring and fall. Due to the characteristics of 100% cotton, slight shrinkage may occur after washing. Light colors may be slightly sheer due to the nature of the fabric, and the actual color may vary depending on the monitor environment and shooting lights. The print and pattern placement may vary slightly due to the cutting characteristics of the product.
Loose threads and differences in finishing are not considered defects. As this is not a privately manufactured product, it may be delivered without a paper tag; returns for this reason will not be processed free of charge. Delivery takes approximately 2–3 days from the payment date, excluding weekends and public holidays. Items with delayed restocking may be delayed for more than one week. Exchange and return requests must be submitted to customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The exchange and return shipping fee is KRW 6,000 and is paid by the customer. The seller covers shipping costs for defective or incorrectly shipped products. Shipping fees may be enclosed with the product or deposited into Nonghyup 301-0257-0155-21, account holder: Samman Co., Ltd. A one-way shipping fee of KRW 3,000 applies when changing the color or size. Defective items can only be exchanged for the same product. Refunds are processed after the returned product has been collected. Customer-change-of-mind exchanges are allowed once only, and the exchanged product cannot be exchanged or returned again.
Exchanges and returns are not accepted after the 7-day period, or if the product has been washed, repaired, exposed to perfume, damaged, used, deformed or stretched through wear, lost or damaged due to the customer’s responsibility, significantly reduced in value through use or partial consumption, become difficult to resell due to time elapsed, or has a defect discovered after washing. Opening the package for product inspection is excluded.
