Delayed-arrival items may be delayed for more than one week depending on the restocking schedule.

For cancellation before shipment or delivery-address changes, contact the customer center before 12:00 noon on the order-confirmation date. Cancellations and changes are not possible after shipment.

Tracking information becomes available after a certain period following shipment.
No additional shipping fee is charged nationwide, including Jeju and mountainous areas.
Exchange and return requests must be submitted to the customer center within 7 days of receiving the product.
The exchange and return shipping fee of KRW 6,000 is the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges due to product defects or incorrect shipment are covered by the seller.

Defective-product exchanges are available only for the same product. Changing the color or size incurs a one-way shipping fee of KRW 3,000.
Refunds for returns are processed after the product has been collected.
Change-of-mind exchanges are limited to one time. Re-exchange or return after an exchange is not permitted.
As this is not a self-produced item, it may not include a paper tag. Returns due to the absence of a tag are not eligible for free processing.
Loose threads, finishing details, and minor differences in stripe alignment caused by the characteristics of the fabric may not be considered defects.
Exchanges and returns are not accepted if the product has been washed, repaired, exposed to perfume, damaged, used, or stretched or deformed through wear.
Exchanges and returns are not accepted after the 7-day period, when the product is lost or damaged due to the customer’s responsibility, when its value has significantly decreased through use or partial consumption, when resale becomes difficult over time, or when a defect is discovered after washing.
