How to Use
Roll up the sleeves and secure them with the buttons on the sleeve roll-up fastening tabs for styling.
Dry cleaning is recommended for the first 1–2 washes.
For subsequent washing, hand wash separately using a neutral detergent.
Wash in cold water and do not soak for a long time.
Wash dark and light colors separately.
Do not use color removers or bleach.
A strong machine spin may cause product deformation, so please take care.
Lay flat and dry in the shade.
Do not use a dryer.
Iron at a low temperature.
Precautions
The color, brightness, and details of the product may differ slightly from the actual product depending on monitor resolution and photography lighting. Depending on the product, actual measurements may have an error of approximately 1–5cm. Differences in loose threads or finishing may not be considered product defects. As this is not a self-produced item, it may not include a paper tag (TAG), and free returns for this reason are not available.
Delivery takes approximately 2–3 days from the payment date, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delayed-incoming products may be delayed for more than one week depending on the arrival schedule. In the event of sold-out stock, a refund or automatic refund may be processed. For bulk orders, please check stock quantity with customer service before ordering. For cancellation before shipping or address changes, contact customer service before 12:00 noon on the day the order is confirmed. Products ordered under the same name, address, and contact information will be automatically combined for delivery; orders with different information may be shipped separately. There are no additional delivery fees nationwide, including Jeju and mountainous areas.
Please contact customer service to request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the product. The exchange and return shipping fee of KRW 6,000 is the customer's responsibility. For returns due to product defects or incorrect delivery, the company will cover the shipping fee. Exchanges due to a color or size change require round-trip shipping, and the customer must pay a one-way shipping fee of KRW 3,000. Defective-product exchanges are available only for the same product. Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been collected. Exchanges due to customer preference are available only once, and the exchanged product cannot be exchanged again or returned.
Exchanges and returns are not available in the following cases:
More than 7 days have passed since the exchange and return period began
The product has been washed, repaired, exposed to perfume odors, damaged, or shows signs of use
The product has been deformed or stretched due to wearing
The pattern arrangement differs slightly due to the characteristics of the fabric
The product is lost or damaged due to the customer's responsibility
The product value has significantly decreased due to use or partial consumption by the customer
Resale has become difficult due to the passage of time
A defect is discovered after washing
