Eco-friendly corrugated cups with a capacity of 100 ml. They are made entirely of paper and coated with PLA (a material based on corn flour).
This product is a perfect solution for hot drinks. Its characteristic, corrugated structure insulates very well from high temperatures.
The cups have a characteristic "turtle" print informing that the product contains plastic (it is visible in the photo) - this is how the European Union classified the PLA material with which the cups are lined. This is due to the entry into force of the Plastics Directive (July 1, 2021).
PLA (corn flour-based material) is, however, a material of natural origin and is 100% compostable and safe for the environment.
Although the materials used to make the products from this auction are
fully compostable, they have been classified by the EU as plastics.
By purchasing at this auction, you declare that you are not an end user within the meaning of the SUP Act of 14 April 2023, art. 2 point 11ac of the Public Procurement Law, i.e. you are not purchasing the product for your own use, but for further resale/delivery to a customer for a fee.
This auction is intended only for business customers. According to the Plastics Act, the last user is subject to an additional consumer fee.
The product price does not include the consumer fee, and the obligation to pay it rests with the entrepreneur making the purchase at this auction.
