The photo on the side shows what the cable looks like after cutting. You can see the thick cores made using CCA technology, a compromise between CU and AI cables. Copper-clad aluminum allows for conductivity similar to CU and resistance to galvanic corrosion, at a lower price and weight.

Many other, cheaper cables don't look the same, even though the seller provides similar parameters. Don't rely on the description on the cable either; it almost always says 3x0.75mm2 – but this often doesn't reflect when the wire is cut :(

It's important to remember that thin wires in poor quality cables not only affect the electrical parameters but also the physical strength of the cable, which, in the case of a power supply, operates under harsh conditions (including frequent bending at the ends).
