Hardened gear wheel disc 12B-1 (R1 3/4) Z-20 Waryński

Waryński 12B-1 (R1 3/4) Z-20 Hardened Sprocket Disc. Universal sprocket with a hub with a bore for turning. Suitable for chains meeting the PN77/M-84168, DIN 8187, and ISO 606 standards. Increased abrasion resistance.

Induction hardening of the teeth provides a longer life and greater abrasion resistance. This process is performed under special supervision, ensuring ideal furnace and coolant parameters. Extended service life.

This is due to the precision of the teeth, pitch, and pitch diameter, allowing the chain to engage with the sprocket without unnecessary resistance. All sprockets are made of high-carbon steel. Excellent compatibility with Waryński chains.
