STRONG Threadlocker - Red 50g / TEGER is a single-component, high-viscosity, high-strength anaerobic adhesive designed for the permanent securing of threaded connections. The product provides increased temperature resistance and is designed for components exposed to vibration, such as pump mounting bolts, gearboxes, and presses.

Its properties minimize the risk of self-loosening of parts even under difficult operating conditions.

The product works on all types of metals, including passive substrates such as stainless steel, aluminum, and plated surfaces. It is also tolerant to light contamination from industrial oils (e.g., engine oils, anti-corrosion agents) and coolants, making it easy to use in workshops and industrial plants.

The method of use is simple: the surfaces to be joined should be dry, clean, and degreased. Apply the appropriate amount of adhesive and assemble the components – immediate assembly is not necessary, as the reaction begins upon contact. Disassembly may require heating to approximately 250 °C if the joint proves too strong, as manual unscrewing may be difficult.
