ETAC Immedia 3B-Board – Curved Transfer Board Product Description: The Immedia 3B-Board is a stable, curved transfer board that allows easy and safe transfers between various seating surfaces – even with wider gaps.

The low-friction upper surface allows for smooth movement, both independently and with the assistance of a caregiver. The board is suitable for: transferring from bed to wheelchair, transferring to a shower chair, toilet, or commode, and getting in and out of a car.

It can be used in either direction (curved forward or backward), adapting to transfer conditions and obstacles such as wheelchair wheels. For increased safety and comfort, the underside of the board is equipped with a non-slip surface.

The use of additional Immedia glide pads is especially recommended for transfers without clothing, e.g., to a commode. Product advantages: Allows transfers through wider gaps. Curved shape adapts to conditions of use.

Non-slip bottom surface increases stability. Low-friction surface facilitates sliding. Easy to clean and disinfect. How to use: Position the seats as close together as possible. Place the board over the gap and slide one end under the user's buttock.

The user slides across the board, using the armrest as a support. Immedia PediTurn can be used to facilitate leg positioning. After completing the transfer, carefully slide the board out. Tip: Make the transfer easier by positioning the destination slightly lower.
