[SAVAQ] was jointly developed with professional chefs and is a unique original kitchen shear created from a custom mold by Nightrise. The mold for the one-piece stainless steel construction was repeatedly recreated to achieve a satisfying texture, and it took one year to complete development.

The one-piece stainless steel mold was repeatedly recreated, and it took approximately two years to complete development. This is a single item meticulously crafted with attention to detail in texture and usability. The design has a pending design registration (Application No. 2025-177112). It is a uniquely designed kitchen shear unlike any other. ・Pursuing ease of cutting, it features a 7.5cm curved blade. The curve at the tip wraps around ingredients, preventing slippage and providing stable cutting. Furthermore, a combination of a tapered blade and a serrated blade securely grips ingredients, finishing them smoothly with a beautiful cross-section. ・Despite being made of durable all-stainless steel, it has been streamlined to the extreme to achieve a lightweight of approximately 140g (about the weight of one smartphone). Additionally, the handle’s center of gravity design reduces strain on the hand. It is easy to handle even for women and is designed to be comfortable even during prolonged use. ・With versatile functions and detachable for cleaning, the design is versatile, handling not only “cutting” food but also opening lids and cracking shells. Furthermore, the detachable structure allows for thorough cleaning in every corner. It is also dishwasher safe, so you can use it cleanly every day. ・The product includes the kitchen shear body and a leaflet detailing usage and care instructions, all delivered in original packaging.
