Directions: 1. Soak the stone in water about 15 minutes before use. Salt water is preferable. 2. Sharpen the knife in the order of first rough, then precise. 3. When sharpening the knife, hold the handle with your right hand and lightly press your left hand fingers against the blade, moving it clockwise. 4. The angle of the whetstone is best between 10 and 20 degrees. 5. Do not rub off the slurry during grinding. The knife can be further ground with the slurry.
