We have designed an innovativeINSERT for ventilation ducts to improve the air quality in your home.
• Energy savings by optimizing air flow (emission of warm air outside the building).
• The emission holes are in the shape of Venturi tubes, which activates the flow and protects against the so-called "backdraft" of air and unwanted odors.
• The purpose of the insert is to maintain stable gravity ventilation.
• The material from which the insert is made, hard polystyrene, provides thermal insulation and protects against temperature differences.
Backdraft is not only returning cold air.
The returning air from your ventilation - apart from cooling the room - brings other unpleasant surprises.
As we know, ventilation shafts are not the cleanest, as evidenced by numerous cases of acquired allergies. It's worth protecting yourself against dust, mold and fungi, viruses, additional moisture, smoke, exhaust fumes, and neighborhood noise.
Do you seal the ventilation grille?
An aerodynamic insert for ventilation ducts ensures continuous ventilation without blocking the duct. Evenly discharges used air into the ventilation duct and from there into the atmosphere.
Heated air removed too intensively?
The patented design supports the discharge of air in optimal quantities into the ventilation shaft. The investment cost is recouped after the first heating season.
Are odors and smoke returning from the ventilation duct?
Can you smell what your neighbor is cooking for dinner? Are you bothered by exhaust fumes and cigarette smoke returning from the ventilation?
It's high time to change that! Aerodynamic liner that blocks smoke and odors.
Fighting against mold and moisture buildup?
The aerodynamic liner helps maintain humidity at the correct level of ~ 50%.
Does the noise from the ventilation bother you?
Can you hear every conversation and argument? This product is for you.
The insulating material used in the insert not only supports the fight against moisture, but also effectively dampens noise.
The principle of operation of the aerodynamic insert
We used the Bernoulli equation and the pressure difference to support ventilation.
• Mounting in the wall or ceiling.
• The aerodynamic insert is made of hard polystyrene.
• You can cover the insert with any ventilation grille.
The insert reduces back draft by up to 80% (the holes are pass-through and cannot be completely closed, which is a great success. The air flow through the insert should always be unobstructed and the ventilation should not be cut off).
The insert retains 20% for oxygenation of the room in extreme situations.
