3x Tibetan bowls

Singing bowls come from the 18,000-year-old Himalayan shamanic Bon Po tradition.

By varying the finger positions, you can adjust the pitch of the tone produced when striking the mallet.

When rubbing the bowl with the wand, the pressure applied to the rim and the speed at which you move the wand affect the resulting sound. Some bowls resonate beautifully with other bowls or other musical instruments.

The sound of bowls can induce a state of deep relaxation and calm, calming agitated emotions and thoughts and releasing tension in the body. Most sound massage specialists don't limit themselves to just singing bowls.

And the sound massage with bowls is intended to unblock this energy flow.

small bowl - 9x5 cm

medium bowl: 10x6 cm

large bowl: 12x5 cm

Singing bowls are played basically in two ways: 1. By striking the bowl with a stick (called a malet). This produces a percussive, pulsating tone. 2. By rubbing the rim of the bowl with a wooden wand. This produces a long-lasting sound. This method of playing is similar to running your finger along the moistened rim of a glass. The larger the bowl, the larger the mallets and wands used to operate it should be. The bowl can be placed on the palm of your hand, allowing you to feel its vibrations more clearly than when placed on a stand.
