Naturini linseed oil is pressed to order from carefully selected The seeds of the high-oleic brown flax variety. It is characterized by a high content of valuable polyunsaturated fatty acids: Omega-3 (linolenic acid) and Omega-6 (linoleic acid) and phytosterols, which help maintain normal blood cholesterol levels and strengthen the immune system.

Thanks to the optimal ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 acids, flaxseed oil reduces the risk of cancer. It is also a rich source of vitamins, especially vitamin E, a natural antioxidant.

Flaxseed oil has a golden color and a slightly nutty, bitter flavor. It can be used as an addition to:

• herring with onion and garlic

• bread - instead of butter or margarine, delicious for dipping bread

• cottage cheese and Dr. Budwig cottage cheese paste

• yogurts, fruit and vegetable cocktails, morning oatmeal, cereals

• We bottle our oils in thick, dark glass bottles. This protects them from sunlight, which causes oxidation of sensitive fatty acids.
