The Zojirushi thermal jug with a unique decagon shape was designed by British designer David Tonge, who is a visiting professor at Kanazawa University of the Arts – one of the most prestigious in Japan.

What is vacuum insulation?

Vacuum means that the air between the two walls of the glass has been removed to create vacuum insulation.

Between the glass walls, the insert is coated with a layer of silver. Silver plating reflects heat and improves the thermal properties of the jug.
