Rapeseed honey is almost colorless or slightly straw-colored in liquid form and has the scent of rapeseed flowers. It crystallizes very quickly, the tiny crystals have a lard-like consistency and are white or creamy-yellow in color.
Creamed honey does not require re-melting as in the case of traditional krupiec honey, so it does not lose its valuable properties and retains its aroma. It can be spread thickly on bread, making it easier to increase its consumption, for example, in children.
It is an excellent substitute for popular chocolate spreads. It is easy to remove from the container.
Due to its high glucose and other simple sugar content, rapeseed honey is recommended for states of exhaustion. It is a good "regenerative nutrient." It is also recommended for prolonged physical and mental work.

How to use honey?
The basic daily dose of honey for each person is 20g.
• We consume honey with bread, add it to cooled tea, milk, fruit and vegetable juices, and various dishes and cakes. However, it has been shown that the best effects are obtained by consuming honey in the form of an aqueous solution (1 teaspoon per glass of lukewarm water), prepared 10-12 hours before consumption.
