Kinesio Tapes, Sports Tape, YELLOW
The method is called kinesiotaping. It involves applying a tape to the area of the skin that hurts or has been strained. The tapes are 5 meters long and 5 centimeters wide.
Kinesio tapes are high-quality, professional kinesio tapes.
Kinesio tapes do not contain any medicinal substances. They work by tightening the skin. This tightening stimulates blood circulation and the nervous system. The skin is gently lifted after application.
A micro-space is created between the tape and the muscles. It's worth waiting a while after application; the tapes activate after about an hour.
• Extensibility up to 170%
• Weight and thickness similar to human skin
• Tape made of cotton + hypoallergenic acrylic glue
• Air permeable
Kinesio tape colors vary.
The structure and effect of the tapes are the same regardless of the color. It's generally accepted that specific colors can only be applied to selected body parts. However, this doesn't matter, as factors such as skin preparation and tack application are much more important.
• reduces lymphatic edema

(Information on the packaging.)
The skin should be well prepared before applying the patches.
• Measure the skin in the place where you want to apply the patch and prepare it to this length, cut the tape with sharp scissors to avoid fraying the material.
• Before Before applying the tape, wash the skin with soap and water and then dry thoroughly (there should be no balm, ointment, or cream on the skin - this will cause the tape to come off more quickly).
• Wash the skin with a cleaner (alcohol or a solution containing alcohol).
• Small amounts of body hair will not affect the effectiveness or adhesion of the tape. For best results, areas of the body with heavier hair should be shaved.
• Plaster should be removed in the direction of hair growth.
• Peel off the tape on one side (not all at once), stick one end to the skin and slowly peel it off, pressing lightly against the skin, starting from the bottom (skin area) towards the top.
• Do not touch the adhesive with your fingers!
• Do not pull the tape off suddenly, as this may cause irritation or damage to the skin.
• You can make it easier to remove the tape by soaking it in baby oil or olive oil for 15-20 minutes before removing it.
• You cannot take a bath or play sports during this time, because any moisture – Both in the form of water and sweat, can cause the patch to peel off quickly and be wasted.
• It's best to have the patch applied by a specialist. Follow the above rules when applying the patches yourself; incorrect application will not be effective.
