Converse Chuck 70 Low 'Mica Green' (Unisex) Mica Green / Black / Egret Canvas Shoes 161506C

The Converse Chuck Taylor All Star is the original basketball shoe and was once the official NBA game shoe. Composed of a rubber sole and canvas upper, it was launched in 1949 and quickly became a popular basketball shoe within the industry; its design remains unchanged to this day. At the time, basketball player Chuck Taylor joined a basketball team sponsored by Converse and helped market and sell the All Star, while also contributing improvements to the shoe. In 1930, Converse decided to add Chuck Taylor’s name to the shoe.
