Pork Tenderloin Meatballs in Tomato Sauce
It's more than just a ready-made dish. It's a refined recipe inspired by restaurant cuisine, created for those who don't want to compromise on quality even when time is of the essence. Schronisko Bukowina's pork tenderloin meatballs in tomato sauce are a combination of craftsmanship, the best ingredients, and true, honest flavor.
Simply heat the meatballs: in a pan, in a pot, in a jar over a water bath, or even in the microwave, and dinner is ready.
Each meatball is made from selected pork tenderloin—one of the most tender and prized cuts of meat. This makes the meatballs exceptionally juicy, tender, and soft, and their flavor doesn't need to be masked by unnecessary additives.
The meat is ground with attention to texture and then hand-formed, just as it's done in a good kitchen, not in mass production.
Ground from pork tenderloin
Why from pork tenderloin? The meatballs are made from pieces of pork tenderloin, which is the number one main course at our Schronisko Bukowina restaurant. Raw tenderloins weigh approximately 400-420 grams, a serving is 400 grams.
This creates a 100-120 gram piece of meat, which we then grind into delicious meatballs. A reliable ingredient, restaurant quality.
The tomato sauce is the second star of this dish. Prepared with natural tomatoes, slowly cooked, aromatic, and perfectly balanced—slightly sweet, slightly sour, with subtle notes of spices. Its purpose isn't to dominate, but to enhance the flavor of the tenderloin, creating a harmonious, restaurant-quality whole.
The dish is packaged in a glass jar, which best preserves the flavor and quality of the product. No preservatives, no artificial colors, no flavor enhancers—100% natural ingredients, exactly those used in home or restaurant cooking.
Thanks to a natural preservation method, it retains freshness and depth of flavor without the need for chemicals.
This ready-made dish was created for convenience, but without compromise. Simply heat it up, and in just a few minutes, a full-fledged meal of restaurant-quality appears on your plate. It pairs perfectly with pasta, rice, groats, mashed potatoes, or fresh bread.
