If stock becomes unavailable due to bulk orders or an increase in order volume, the order may be canceled without separate notice.
Additional shipping fees may apply to Jeju and remote island or mountainous areas depending on the region. If the additional remote-area shipping fee is not paid automatically, shipment will be made after separate notice and confirmation of payment. Remote areas include Jeju Island, Ulleungdo, Baengnyeongdo, Wando, and Yeonpyeongdo.
Requests for exchanges or returns must be submitted through the purchasing website or customer center within 7 days of receiving the product. The round-trip shipping fee for exchanges and returns is KRW 6,000, and additional fees may apply to Jeju and certain mountainous areas. Please use the same courier service that was used for delivery. Any additional charges incurred when using another courier are the purchaser’s responsibility.

Exchanges and returns are not accepted if the product box is damaged, or if a shipping label is attached directly to or tape is applied to the original product box. Please use double packaging. Exchanges and returns are also not accepted if the product value has been damaged by signs of wear, wrinkles, missing tags, stains, or other issues.
Inspection may take approximately 7 business days after the product is collected. Exchange items may become out of stock depending on inventory. If you want to receive the product quickly, return the original order and place a new order. A round-trip shipping fee of KRW 6,000 may also apply to returns caused by product stockouts.
Requests cannot be processed after the exchange or return period has expired. If you receive an incorrectly shipped product or a product from another company, please contact the customer center. If contact cannot be made, the product may be stored for up to 90 days from the date of receipt and then discarded; no compensation is available after disposal.
The customer center operates through a KakaoTalk consultation channel. Operating hours are weekdays from 11:00 to 15:30, with a break from 12:00 to 13:30.
