STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS STEP 1
1. The surface must be thoroughly cleaned and degreased. Fill holes, scratches, and irregularities with putty, then smooth the repaired surface with 400-grit dry sandpaper. Then apply several thin layers of primer. It is recommended to wait a few minutes between applying subsequent layers of primer.
2. 2 hours at 20 degrees Celsius). Then smooth using 800-grit sandpaper, and this time wet.
3. The repaired element should be cleaned and degreased again. Please remember to leave a few minutes between applying subsequent layers.
4. About 30 minutes after applying the last layer of basecoat, apply several layers of clearcoat to the repaired area. Finally, we can remove the masking elements. After 24 hours and complete drying, the surface is ready for polishing.
