Additional significant anti-corrosion protection and a perfect match to the RAL/NCS color. UV stabilizers ensure color consistency even after several years, and the modern Powder.coat powder coating technology ensures the coating's durability during installation and a long service life.
2. EPDM washer
Made of the best sealing material - EPDM. It does not lose elasticity over time and has a very long aging period. Resistant to changing weather conditions and UV radiation. After installation, it self-vulcanizes to the sheet metal, creating a tight connection.
3. Hexagonal head with marking
The hexagonal head ensures easy and secure screw installation, which significantly simplifies work and increases installation efficiency. The distinctive marking of ETANCO products allows for easy recognition; each production batch receives a unique number, which enables precise identification.
4. Thread under the screw head
An additional thread with an increased diameter ensures proper distribution of the EPDM washer on the thin cladding sheets of the sandwich panel.
5. 12 μm galvanized coating
Provides effective anti-corrosion protection under standard C1 and C2 operating conditions.
6. Self-drilling tip
Significantly improves the installation process by eliminating the need for pre-drilling holes. GT 6 screws can handle steel up to 6 mm thick.
